Day Two 7-2-12

Pooped!  But we got two more rooms done today.  Bruce's "office" and the 3rd bedroom.  Which for  the next year will probably be a storage room.  Tomorrow is patching holes in the masterbedroom ceiling and the other two bedrooms if there's time.  If the master gets sanded, we'll be able to move the bed in there and get set up for doing the 4th bedroom on our return in a few weeks.  That may be wishful thinking, but would be nice to come down and be all set up to go.

It's a filthy mess scrapping popcorn ceilings, I tell you.  After the 4th bedroom, we still have the family room, dining area, and the living room...hence forth known as my Sewing Room!!  Thank heavens there is no popcorn in the kitchen or either bath rooms.  YEA!

Since we'll be here a week while the kids are on vacation, we're hoping to get it all done.  Then after a trip to the emerency room, we'll be all ready to actually move in permanently.  Yea again!
Between doing the two rooms today, the kids brought over lunch.  Great break.  We all sat in our fine patio furniture in the family room.  Miss Molly had lunch in the middle of the floor.  She loves her sweet potatoes and prunes.  I fed her Turkey and Veggies yesterday.  And for the first time she got milk (mother's) out of a sippy cup.  She did pretty good, specially when Daddy tipped her back.  Other than that, she mostly liked to shake it up.
Tonight, we are going over to the kids house to babysit so they can go out to dinner.  The main purpose of our move is to spend more time with them and Miss Molly.  And give them opportunities like this.  It will be the perfect ending of the day.

Don't you just love the two fisted work he's doing?  Such a show off!
