Today has several meanings. First it is the 3rd anniversary of Dad (Bailey's) death. And second, his house in Orinda had a Broker's Open House. Our realtor is holding all offers until the 5th of October. We'll review them (hopefully "them") and then go from there.
Bill is working with a young man who is very computer savvy and has done a great job marketing the house. If you go into Google search and type in 23 Hillcrest Drive, Orinda, CA it will come up with Zillow and several other websites that show pictures of the property. You've seen my pictures; you'll be amazed at how great he makes the house look. Obviously, all that will fade once seen in person; but it will get people in the door.
