The stained glass lamps came down from over the pool table. Bruce put in 4 LED recessed lights. It's amazing how much bigger the room looks. He also got a coat of varathane on both the bathroom cork floors. Looking so much better.
We'll be selling the two stained glass lamps and the pool if anyone is interested.
Bruce got the cook top pulled out. We found out that we can just replace the glass top. So much better than having to buy a whole new unit. Hard to find the down drafts that are outrageously expensive. Will order the new top down here and take it back up next trip or so.
I spent time with my friends. Selma and I spent the first day together at the DVQ workshop room. Mona came down from Lincoln and we got to spend time together and go to the DVQ meeting. Had dinner with Selma, Laura and Barbara before the meeting. Always good to see so many old friends.
Don't think I'll be making the trip up next month. Too close to the holidays. Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
